If you don’t enjoy water you can spice up your water by infusing it with slices of citrus fruits, berries or cordial for added flavour.

It's a small change, but it can have a big impact on your daily calorie intake and contribute to long-term weight loss success.

5. Move Your Body Throughout the Day 

Incorporate movement into your daily routine by finding opportunities to be active, no matter how busy your schedule.
